NEPHC MOVED TO WAUKEWAN
In just over two weeks, we drop the puck at the 14th Annual New England Pond Hockey Classic presented by Coors Light. Mother Nature has made the call: the 2023 NEPHC will be played on Lake Waukewan. Waukewan played host to the tourney in 2012 and in 2016, and boy oh boy do our rinks look good on it. Waukewan locked in with ice before Christmas and has withstood the rollercoaster of temperatures since. PHC Ice Ops have been on the ice frequently and will begin to prep and maintain leading up to tournament weekend. We are working hard to transition all aspects of the event to this venue and we are grateful to have the support of the Town of Meredith, as well as our saving grace Middleton Building Supply who is allowing us to stage our tournament village on their property.
What does this mean for you? The only major logistical change is there is no on-site parking at Lake Waukewan, which means you and your team will need to plan ahead, arrive at a designated parking area, and take a shuttle down to the site. Please look for more details regarding parking and shuttle information in the upcoming week.
Hosting our event on Lake Waukewan comes with a number of prohibitions and restrictions due to the fact that Lake Waukewan is the town of Meredith's water supply. The town of Meredith and its residents have welcomed and supported the Pond Hockey Classic since our first year and we need YOUR HELP to make sure we continue to have a positive impact on the community through our event.

No glass bottles
No littering
No vehicles
It is important that as a member of the PHC we all abide by these rules and continue to keep our event on the best of terms with the town of Meredith.
